By downloading, accessing, installing, or using SetForge (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Aneest Studio.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
SetForge is a fitness and workout management application that provides:

SetForge makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs or fitness level.
You retain ownership of the workout content you create within SetForge, including:
By using SetForge, you grant Aneest Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the SetForge service. This license does not permit sharing your content with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.
While SetForge makes reasonable efforts to maintain backup availability, we do not guarantee:
You remain responsible for maintaining copies of workout records that are important to you. SetForge shall not be liable for data loss resulting from cloud backup failures, service interruptions, or account terminations.
SetForge may offer optional premium subscription plans. Subscription options may include:

Free-tier features remain available to users who do not subscribe to a premium plan, subject to any applicable limitations.
All payments for SetForge subscriptions are processed exclusively through:
Subscription auto-renewal, billing cycles, free trials, and refund eligibility are determined by the platform through which you subscribed (Apple or Google). Please review their billing policies for full details.
To cancel a subscription, follow the cancellation process provided by Apple or Google in their respective App Store or Play Store settings.
SetForge uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and premium access. RevenueCat may process:
RevenueCat does not process payment card information directly. Payment transactions remain between you and Apple or Google.

All SetForge branding, logos, software, user interface designs, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Aneest Studio and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on SetForge's proprietary materials without express written permission.
User-created workout content (workouts, programs, and session logs you create) remains owned by you, subject to the limited license granted in Section 7.
Your use of SetForge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using SetForge, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SetForge, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Aneest Studio may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or business practices.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App.
Your continued use of SetForge after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
